Atlantis is the peninsula where Sığacık meets the sea. It is at 1.5-km walking distance to the neighboring Teos remains and to Sığacık’s inner fortress at the other side.

Atlantis is a holiday resort holding a Safe Tourism Certificate, located on a peninsula of 100,000 m2, namely as large as 10 football fields, covered by greenery and 2-3-storey bungalows in dispersed settlement. As well as being the pioneer of sustainable tourism in the Aegean region, Atlantis has a breathtaking scenery, surrounded by the pristine Teos bay and Seferihisar coves, making it a perfect choice for your holiday.

Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is noon. The all-inclusive concept starts with lunch on the check-in day and ends with breakfast on the check-out day. For early check-in and late check-out options, please contact the reception for pricing and details.

You can complete your check-in at the reception with your ID and booking documents. Alternatively, before arrival, you can quickly complete the process on our website by using the “Online C/in” button.

Atlantis Land is Club Resort Atlantis' exclusive day-use entertainment and relaxation concept. Valid from 10:00 to 18:00, this special offer allows guests who wish to do so to benefit from a late check-out privilege until 22:30 for an additional fee.
Atlantis Land offers a combination of entertainment and comfort with its extensive dining areas, three different swimming pools, special areas for children and babies, Fairy Tale World, sandy beach and sunbathing terraces. An unforgettable day trip holiday experience awaits you with your family or friends.

We have an open parking lot with a capacity to hold 300 vehicles, which you can use free of charge.

Our complimentary car park is located within the holiday village grounds. Guests wishing to use it may park their vehicles as directed by security. Our car park is monitored by 24/7 security cameras.

Our infirmary, working 7/24 on a contractual basis, handles first interventions or emergencies for extra charge. More serious cases are referred to hospitals by private ambulances for a fee. In addition, Seferihisar State Hospital and Urla State Hospital are located in close proximity to our resort.

There is no mosque in our holiday village. However, Sığacık Mosque is located approximately 1.5 km from our facility, and our guests can easily reach it.

Our resort is located at a 60-km distance to the Izmir Airport (45 min).

You can safely choose our contracted transfer company from the airport and bus station. Regarding your transfer request; when you fill out the request form on the link https://www.clubresortatlantis.com/tr/transfer and press the 'Send' button, a transfer appointment is created. The transfer company will confirm your transfer request by calling you or sending an email, and will inform you about the details. (A response is typically provided within 24 hours.)

Our resort is at a 1-2-km distance to the Sığacık Marina and Turkey’s first women producers’ market, and 6-7 km to the Seferihisar city center. During the summer season, local mini buses stop in front of the resort at 10-minute intervals.

During your stay at Atlantis, you can easily explore many special spots on the Izmir Peninsula that are steeped in history, nature and culture. Our resort is within walking distance of the ancient city of Teos, Sığacık Kaleiçi, the first women's producer market held on Sundays, and Ekmeksiz Beach.
For guests wishing to experience boutique wine tasting and art, Urla Vineyard Road (27 km) and Urla Art Street offer an enjoyable route, while Bademler Art Village is also among the cultural stops that can be reached in a short time. You can join day trips by boat from the nearby Sığacık Harbour. It's a wonderful opportunity to spend a day surrounded by blue, enjoying the sea and beautiful coastline!
Atlantis also organises boat trips (as a reward programme) twice a week during July and August, using a specially chartered boat to allow guests to explore the area from the sea (including a short swimming break). These trips last approximately
two hours.
Yes! You can explore Samos Island on a day trip by taking the ferry from Sığacık Marina, just 1.5 kilometres from Atlantis. The visa on arrival system makes the process quick and convenient. After experiencing Samos with its historic streets, Aegean architecture and delicious cuisine, you can return to the comfort of Atlantis in the evening.
Atlantis is located in the heart of Sığacık, one of the most welcoming destinations in the Aegean. You can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic streets of Sığacık Kaleiçi, watch the sunset at Teos Marina, and discover the flavours of Aegean cuisine at the cafés and restaurants lining the coast. Transportation from our holiday village to surrounding areas is quite easy. Thanks to ‘ESHOT’ buses, minibuses and taxi options, you can easily reach Sığacık, Seferihisar and all the important points in the surrounding area.

Our holiday village is spread over 100 acres (approximately 12 football pitches) of green space on the peninsula, positioned in a way that preserves its natural structure. Nestled among centuries-old olive trees, the facility may not be suitable for some guests with limited mobility due to its uneven terrain.
Meanwhile, we also offer special room options for our disabled guests who choose to stay at our resort. These rooms, designed with the needs of disabled guests in mind, feature bathroom areas designed for ease of use and have level entrances.

Check-in time is 15:00. However, our guests can begin to enjoy the facilities offered by the all-inclusive concept from the moment they arrive at our establishment. Common areas, swimming pools and social areas are open for our guests to use. For guests wishing to check into their room earlier, an early check-in option is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. 
This means you can start enjoying your holiday without having to wait.
The check-out time at our hotel is no later than 12:00 noon. Guests arriving by their own vehicle must leave the premises by 12:30 at the latest; an additional fee will be charged if this time is exceeded.
Guests with evening flights may, if they wish, continue to use their rooms by taking advantage of the late check-out service for an additional fee, subject to availability. Guests who do not wish to extend their room usage may continue to use the common areas and facilities until their flight time.
Located within our holiday village, Atlantis Home is a unique accommodation option that combines the comfort of home with the holiday experience. Our 120 m² villa can accommodate up to 5 adults. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, fireplace, balcony, garden and fully equipped kitchen, every detail has been considered for your comfort.
At Atlantis Home, where you can enjoy a more free, peaceful and privileged holiday experience with your loved ones, you can take advantage of the All-Inclusive concept if you wish, or you can plan your stay as home use only. The Atlantis all-inclusive programme runs from 09:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, all food and beverages are subject to a charge, with the exception of the night soup and the Sunway Fresh Sandwich buffet, which is open until 02:00.
We have a children's buffet at Atlantis Restaurant during the dinner hours (19:00-21:00). In addition to our indoor children's buffet, Sunway offers fresh sandwiches, Bakes & Cakes provides warm bakery products, Harry Potter has snacks, and Sugar House offers ice cream and popcorn, all available for your children free of charge.

As the sun sets, the Lounge Bar becomes The Cave Disco, where you can dance under the stars to music played by renowned DJs every evening from 21:30 to 01:00. All drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available for purchase.
Yes! At our Sunset Wine Bar, which accompanies the most enjoyable moments of sunset, complimentary wine service is available from 17:00 to 23:00, and complimentary cocktails are served from 19:30 to 21:30. For stays of 5 nights or more between 15 June and 20 September 2026, you can enjoy the Harry Potter à la carte restaurant free of charge once. For stays of less than 5 nights, this special experience is offered at €10 per adult, including drinks, and with a 50% discount for children.

Additional expenses incurred at our facility are processed through Guestranet, a QR code-based digital ordering and payment system. Our guests can easily place their orders by scanning the QR code and adding the products they select to their digital shopping cart via Guestranet. All expenses are charged to the room account, and payments are collected collectively at check-out. This system offers our guests a fast, secure and contactless user experience.
July and August are considered the peak season at our holiday village. Although occupancy rates are high during these months, Atlantis offers guests a spacious holiday experience thanks to its 100-acre expansive green area, open-space-focused layout, and diverse usage areas. Service flow in our restaurants, pool and beach areas is planned according to the intensity of the season, with the aim of maintaining comfort. For guests seeking a more peaceful holiday, the other months of the season offer an ideal alternative.

We have many entertaining and educational activities for kids, including Pilates + Yoga, Table Games, Sports Tournaments, Special Family Activities, Themed Play Days, Mini Disco, Children’s Festival and many more. In addition, our little guests can harvest fruit and vegetables in our organic garden, and attend workshops in various fields for a full holiday experience.

Our Baby Care Room arranged in a quiet and central location is open 24 hours. You can also relax in the sun-bathing areas around the Kids’ Club organized specially for young families.

Our entertainment department employs an international team. We are at your service with our experienced entertainers speaking Turkish, English, German, Russian and Polish languages.

We have been organizing our musical program “Holiday on Stage” for the last 7 years at certain periods. We combine holidays with stage performances by musicians from different parts of Turkey with musical lists of various languages. In addition, our amphitheater, which has a capacity to hold 800 people, hosts Evening Entertainment Programs and Themed Dance Nights for fun-loving guest aiming to have a fulfilling experience on their holiday.

We have activities for every spirit and age. There is a walking track of 1.6 km amidst nature for morning exercise in addition to fitness, basketball, beach volleyball, dart, ping pong, water gym, zumba, pilates... Our open-air disco (The Cave Disco) is open between 11 pm and 01 am where you can watch the stars while sipping on your cocktail.

Atlantis is known for its seafront location on a peninsula. Owing to its locational advantage, our resort hosts unique and extreme water sports. Don’t forget to visit our water sports center and diving school during your stay which are run by experienced trainers specialized in their fields.

Atlantis is a pet-friendly resort. You can check our “Pet Friendly” rooms reserved for guests with pets and make a reservation with a single click.

Our pet fees are 650₺ per night per cat or dog. Food and water bowls, treats, and waste bags are provided.

You can stay with your pet only at our “Pet Friendly” rooms. The number of pets is limited to 1 in standard rooms and 2 in family rooms.

In our holiday village, we can only accept a limited number of pets upon prior reservation and for a fee, provided they do not belong to the dangerous breed class. It is a prerequisite for your pet to have an up-to-date vaccination card and for the guest to accept the hygiene rules set by the hotel. Additionally, when walking your pet inside the holiday village, it is mandatory to use a leash and harness.
Our hygiene rules are as follows:
  • The number of pets cannot exceed one in a standard room or two in a family room.
  • Entry with pets is not allowed in common areas such as the pools and the restaurant.
  • Guests with pets should use a designated section in the restaurant.

Hygiene rules do not allow for entry into common areas (pools and restaurants) with your pets. A special area is reserved at our restaurant for guests with pets.

Yes, you can swim with your pet at our beach area in the suitable hours without disturbing other guests.

The main entrance of the resort overlooks the private beach of Atlantis, which is the left end of the Akkum public beach. In addition, the resort has 3 private platform beaches inside the premises. You can enjoy these beaches free of charge throughout your stay.
